Generic Event sent via Mobotix IP Notify no longer working

Hi Guys, I've noticed that recently my Mobotix cameras that are set to send Generic Events are no longer working on Nx. These were previously set to send an api event such as MxAS Motion, input events or thermal events. 

This is a description of the current setup in the Mobotix IP Notify Profile. 

Transfer Protocol = HTTP/1.0 Request

CGI-PATH   /api/createEvent?source=TH

HTTP Authentication: username:password

This has previously worked fine however no longer works, I have tried a few variations and have confirmed the api works by pasting into a web browser. 

Maybe one of the support techs could look at this? 

I'm happy to provide more info if required.

  Sure, we can have a look with you.

  So what I would suggest is the following;

  1. Start Wireshark on the server with the IP address of the Mobotix camera as the host filter.
  2. Create the event that should trigger the HTTP request.
  3. Stop Wireshark and check the HTTP communication to understand where the issue is.

  HI：

  In "mobotix ip notify", fill in the main path of "API" in the "CGI-PATH" field, and the "?" after it has been set by default in the Mobotix system. To complete the process, fill in the text after "?" in the "Message" field.
