    Hi Vincent Lonte,

    I guess it is possibly a misconfigured ONVIF profile on your primary stream.
    Please help to test again with the following steps:
    1. Remove the camera from your Nx system and factory reset it.
    2. Upgrade your camera firmware to the latest version.
    3. Update your system to the latest 4.2 patch (4.2.0.34860). Feel free to use below in-client upgrade info:

    Build Number:   34860
    Password:   dva6f8

    4. Add the camera into the system again. If you still cannot get it to work, try to switch the different setting of "Use Media2 to fetch profiles" from Camera setting > Expert page and Save it.
    5. Wait for at least 1 min and see how it's going.

    If the problem still exists, please let us know:
    - The result when you see "No signal" image in the live view window and press Diagnostics button
    - Whether you enable "Allow system to optimize device settings" in your system (System Administration > General)
