Usually, I can go to Nx licensing portal (https://licensing.networkoptix.com/) to remove my license and re-establish them into the server. Now, there's always this error when attempting the same thing.
"One or more licenses cannot be auto-deactivated. A support ticket will be opened. An Nx agent will contact you. Please provide the following additional information and click Submit."
Honestly, this is creating a lot of last minute problem for my deployments, especially when we are on a different timezone, and I have to wait for around a day before anyone responses to the support ticket. Now I'm stucked in an event that is going to be live tomorrow while I'm missing 64 recording licenses, and 4 video walls licenses.
