Hikvision iDS-TCW403-BI/GK Plugin Enable but no Analytics

I have a the Camera Hikvision iDS-TCW403-BI/GK with firmware v4.3.2 Build 210729.

It's detected correctly and enables the plugin but there's no smart events. This is an oddball one as i have a bunch of these and they are all used for Shipping containers. Do we have any way of turning on these smart events for this model or is it because the older style firmware is preventing the smart events from working?

  Thank you for submitting your question. It is likely that the older firmware is the bottleneck, and we do recommend upgrading to the latest firmware in case you experience issues.

  We have used the Hikvision ISAPI version 2.6 for the integration.

  That being said, sometimes, Hikvision oddballs don't use the ISAPI for the events, but other undocumented API commands.
