Hikvision Analytics

We have a setup with NX witness version 4.2.0.34860 and are using Hikvision DS-2DE3A400BW-DE cameras with firmware V5.5.802 build 210629, we are using intruder detection smart event and the metadata is not coming into NX Witness

We have had our local supplier look at it and they can see the metadata is being processed from the camera, we have try uninstalling NX witness and reinstalling, defaulting the camera but no luck.

We have the same setup on over 40 sites and it is working correctly.

We also have a DS-2CD7A26G0-IZSY/P ANPR camera on this system and the ANPR event metadata is coming into NX correctly.

Hi Kirk,

Do I understand it correctly that you have 40 sites with the same camera with the same firmware and they are doing great, while you have one site, with 1(?) of such cameras, that fails to work as expected?

Also, you wrote:

How did they see that? Through Wireshark?
