I'm a french custommer of E-care security ( Isaac Witwicky )
We use a joystick Axis T8311 with a Nx client 4.2.0.34633
Since this update, the screen freeze randomly few seconds and the PTZ camera ( Dahua
DH-SD5A432XA-HNR ) keep the command and move during the freeze. The joystick is unusable. I have to disconnect the USB-port and plug another time for the joystick works correctly

Hi,
We're having another issue with the Axis T8311 Joystick at our Rocadest site in Carcassonne.
We have three Joysticks on site, each connected to a small computer with Nx-client installed
The customer recently upgraded 2 of his 3 workstations to 5.1.4.38659, and since then the joystick no longer works properly.
In windows everything seems ok (it is correctly detected). The joystick works correctly after rebooting the mini-pc, but a few hours later, it no longer works. Totally inoperative.
The customer must reboot the small computer in order to get joystick working again for a few hours, and so on....
2 years ago, you gave us an updated version to make it work, as there were some control problems.
Isn't there a new patch available to fix that issue ?
