NX1 Version 4.00.31.274 cloud connection
AnsweredHi we have 2 nx1 devices in our nx cloud account wich do not work correctly anymore in the cloud .
We did update to version 4.00.31.274 .
In the windows desktop client the systems show online and i can connect .
But in iphone App newest version the systems don`t appear.
On website: https://nxvms.com/systems the systems show status offline
We have another nx1 device version 4.0.0.29987 wich works correctly.
Does the 4.00.31.274 version on nx1 device doesnt work correctly in general in the nxcloud or is it another problem ?
Can i do downgrade from 4.00.31.274 to 4.0.0.29987 on the devices wich doesnt work correctly ? If so can you provide password for in client upgrade and instructions?

There should be no difference between these builds regarding cloud connectivity.
First thing I would check is the connection, for example though the Python script which you can find here. If you run this on the Nx1 itself through SSH for example, you can check if the device is capable of connecting to the cloud instance.
Please note that the Nx1 was End Of Life quite some years now, and that version 4.0 was End Of Support with the release of 4.1, which became End Of Support with the release 4.2.
We would encourage you to deactivate the licenses on the Nx1 devices, upgrade to different hardware, install Nx Witness 4.2 and activate the licenses again.
