    Camera is working, analyitcs is not. issue with camera likely. thanks!

    Hi Brad D,

    Just to be sure I understand it.

    You said it is working, but you can't use the analytics.

    Do you mean, you couldn't use the camera before the fix I shared?

    If so, that would surprise me, since the fix I created doesn't necessarily influence that process.
    The most important fix would be the use of Hikvision analytics for Hikvision OEMs.

    Would it be possible to provide remote access through port forwarding to this device for further investigation?
