    Hi @...,

    Can you tell me a bit more about the system?

    1. What is the system architecture?
      Client and server on different computer? Or the same?
    2. Are the server and client on the same subnet?
    3. Can you ping the server?
    4. Is the mediaserver application running? You can check this with the following command:
      $ sudo systemctl status networkoptix-mediaserver.service
    5. Can you reach the Nx WebAdmin on the server with:
      localhost:7001

    Hi Norman,

    So the localhost:7001 on my desk worked and all appeared well.

    I move the server to a new site and the same issue occurs. Server becomes undiscoverable, there is no Setup Server option, and the localhost:7001 asks for login credentials but I cannot gain access.

    Even with a fresh Ubuntu and Nx install, the login prompt appears but it is asking for credentials I have not set. Are there default details I should be using? The user manual says default username is 'admin'.
