    Hi chris chen,

    Please navigate to the Camera Setting menu, tab Expert and change the option to Use Media2 to fetch profiles.

    Some Vivotek models, particularly older models tend to have issues using Media2 and should be set to Never or Use if Supported. Please, take notice, that if you change these settings, it might take a few minutes to work. You can speed it up, when you restart the Nx Mediaserver service/daemon.
