    Hello Saku Mattinen,

    I would run an audio back channel test with the help of the Onvif Device Test Tool, which is a proprietary tool for Onvif Member, not to be mistaken with the Onvif Device Manager.

    If you don't have this application available, we are more than happy to run this test for you.

    To do this, we would need admin-level remote access through port forwarding. If this is required and possible, I'll convert this topic into a support ticket, to enable you to share the credentials privately.

    The two-way audio issues were revolved by update to the latest 4.2_patch.
