Sometimes the live image starts as be blurred.
AnsweredHi, I have a question about the image on the Nx Witness.
Sometimes the live image starts being blurred after I launch the live window.
It continues for a few seconds.
On the other hand, the image starts as cleared when I confirm it from Web Page tab.
In fact, I use the narrowband but is there any possibility to be related to the condition above?

Hi Masashi Katsuta,
I assume the client start displaying the secondary stream, which might look blurred, due to a lower resolution.
You can check this by hitting 'i' and in the bottom left corner the resolution will be shown if you hover over the camera.
If you start the client through the commandline with the --show-full-info parameter added, the streams display the full information on the cameras instead of the minimal information. This way, you instantly can see what resolution is displayed.
The WebPage uses another method, so can't be compared. Typically, this uses a single MJPEG over UDP, while in Nx Witness, common codecs are H.264 or H.265 dual-streams over TCP.
Regarding narrowband; my experience with narrowband is from a long time ago, but typically, the availble bandwidth is less and is typically more sensitive for disturbance.
