live view for hikvision in web page

I'm getting an error 'live view failed' in the web page tab.
I need to configurate some setting in the camera web page, but i need the live view there for setting some cross lines ect.
Hope someone can help here.. i'm not able to direct acces the camera directly when i'm not local.

Hikvision requires the use of Internet Explorer to enable the installation of ActiveX components.
The Nx Witness web browser is based on Chromium, which for security concerns, doesn't support the use of ActiveX components, and since the ActiveX components are mandatory for Hikvision cameras to display video, you can't display live video for these cameras.
For that reason, many camera brands moved to HTML5, which is supported by all major browsers and doesn't require that installations of plugins or other components.
Currently, Internet Explorer is marked as End-of-Life and only maintained by Microsoft, and support will end on June 15th of this year.
