How to change camera access from MAC address to IP address

We are building 6 identical vessels. On the first vessel I have configured everything and all is working well. I have backed up the system on the 1st vessel and restored it on the 2nd vessel. Again everything is almost working the same on the 2nd vessel except that when a camera is not in active view, in the resource tab it goes offline and a red cross is shown on the camera. When I looked at the logs I believe this is because the application in checking for the camera in the background using the camera MAC address which would be wrong given that I have restored from the 1st vessel with different MAC address cameras.
Am I correct that the cross is because of this?
How can I fix without deleting all cameras and adding them and renaming the cameras again?

Hi naveer yazdan,
The mac address is part of the sources to create the unique camera ID and thus a failure will occur when the incorrect device is attempted to connect.
I'm afraid, deleting the camera and adding the others is a mandatory step to resolve this issue.
