Multi screen live display issue

I have a site which although the network is running fine, the Nx witness is struggling to display different cameras when in multi scene. It has worked without issue previously. I have tried a different client PC and the same occurs.

The timer icon flashes on the multi segment window and eventually the camera is displayed.

The server processor is  only running at 3% of its capacity and there is little memory in use.

Can anyone give me any pointers?

  Hi Richard Dewberry,

  I'm not sure what the issue is, can you elaborate it a bit more as described in THIS sticky topic? Preferably with a screen recording that shows the issue.
  
  Also, not sure what you mean with the timer icon. What are the hardware specifications for the server and for the client?
