Integration via OPC server

Dear Support,

I'm looking for the way to integrate with Nx Witness Bosch Fire Alarm system.

Only way to integrate this system is OPC server. Do you support OPC server as the way of integration?

  Hi @...,

  We do not support the OPC protocol and currently do not have plans to support it either on the short term. But things might change in the future if the demand increases.

  Most commonly, fire and intrusion systems are connected to the VMS via a hardwired connection through an input on a camera or a dedicated I/O unit, for the sake of simplicity, but also many countries prohibit IP network connected fire panels, or only allow one way communication from fire panel to a 3rd party application.

  Otherwise, middleware like Nihal Alıcı offered might be the solution for your case.
