  Hi Jordan IUNCKER,

  Two things might be the case.

  1. You don't use the patch that includes this new feature.
  2. The specific Axis device, uses another hardware platform (PCB) than we used to build this feature.
     Currently, we are updating the feature, to support other Axis hardware platforms as well.
     In a nutshell; the new Axis hardware uses another identifier, then the previous hardware model, and therefore it isn't recognized in Nx as an Axis joystick at this moment.
