    Hi Jimmy Vink,

You can create any plugin through our Nx Meta developer program.

That being said, as far as I know, TrueVision cameras are Hikvision OEM cameras, and we might be able to make the Hikvision plugin available for this particular camera.

Can you share a screenshot of the Camera Settings menu, tab General that reveals the Vendor, Model, and Firmware?

    Hi Norman,

Thank you for the fast reply.

I will look into NX Meta and yes most of the truVision camera's are Hikvision OEM's but this one looks different on the outside although the webbrowser UI looks Hikvision OEM. See below for the requested data.

    Hi Jimmy,

Please follow the steps as described below:

    1. Remove the device from the system.

    2. Stop the mediaserver application and paste the resource_data.json file in THIS LINK at the following location:

      For Windows: C:\Program Files\Network Optix\Nx Witness\MediaServer
      For Linux: /opt/networkoptix/mediaserver/bin/

    3. Now start the mediaserver application again.

    4. Add the device again.

To stop and start the media server, please do it as follows:

For Windows: Open the task manager, select tab ‘Services’ find the mediaserver application, right-click and select; Stop or Start

For Linux: Open the terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and enter the following command; sudo service networkoptix-mediaserver stop or sudo service networkoptix-mediaserver start.

After this, the request should be fulfilled and the in-camera analytics should be available for this device.
Please confirm, and we will add it to a future patch.

    Hi Jimmy Vink,

Please check the Camera Rules menu, When if the Analytic Event can be selected, and under Event Type the various events can be selected.

If this isn't the case, I'm more than happy to connect the device to my test environment to investigate the possibilities. This would require remote access through port forwarding. If this is possible, please confirm, and we'll convert this topic into a support ticket, so you can share the login details privately.

    Translations

    - in the Json file
    - After that I find the camera in a other wat then before.
    - However we still can not acces the analytics.
