Backup retrieve using mobile app

Hi,

My client keeps the video for 30 days in the Nx server and backup for 60 days to another NAS. I want to know Nx Mobile can retrieve the video footage in 30 days well as backup video for 60days.

  Hi @...,

  Yes, you may use Nx Mobile to view the video archive stored on both the main and backup storage.
  On the camera layout, you may scroll the timeline to play the earlier video archive, or click the calendar icon on the bottom left, to jump to the specific date or time.
