    Can you tell me more?

    1. Which version and build number are you using?
      Hit f1 in the desktop client, select copy and paste it here.
    2. What is the cloud ID? In THIS article is described how to find your cloud ID.
    3. Are you perhaps trying to use a Microsoft related email-account?

    Hi Norman,

    We have found the issue they have Microsoft mail through office 365 and the spam filter had picked up the emails (only IT can see the spam emails)
