Dahua thermal PTZ smoke detection event assist please

Hi .

I have some Dahua PTZ thermal devices I need to send smoke detection alerts , could someone please help with a relatively simply explained method?

Model is

DHI-TPC-SD5641-TB19Z45-DC-S24-M

Dahua have advised me to ask here and have been little to no help whatsoever. Any assistance would be much appreciated with not just the event sending issue but with any other tips related to the camera
