Problems with facial recognition of cameras

I have 10 cameras with facial recognition, which are not generating an alert when detecting a registered face Integration does not open from NX WITNESS

 

The fault that appears is

The website cannot be accessed

It is possible that the web page http:/171.16.3.4:2001/face/search?mode=nx&login=admin&password=admin is temporarily down or that you have moved permanently to another address

  HI Alejandro,

  Based on the port 2001 and endpoints provided, this appears to involve a third-party plugin integrated with Nx VMS (default port is 7001). Because this component is maintained externally, I recommend contacting the plugin vendor directly for further troubleshooting.
