  Hi Sujeesh 

  Your Server Logs contain both the hardware ID and the license keys. 

  Share the log files with your authorized Nx Reseller, and they should be able to assist with the recovery and the deactivation of your license keys.

  As an NX Witness customer for more than 8 years, I am concerned that there is no direct support channel available for obtaining assistance with a critical licensing issue. I believe this is a matter that should be reconsidered, as customers may not always be able to reach or receive timely support through resellers.

  If you are unable to provide the license key directly, I would appreciate it if you could share the steps required to retrieve the key from the system logs or any other available method. This would help me resolve the issue independently.

  As a long-term customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect guidance in recovering a license for a legitimately licensed system.

  I look forward to your assistance.
