Dear Nx Support,

 

We encountered an issue with the NX server where a single license was being used by two servers simultaneously. After investigating, we discovered that one of the servers had undergone a hardware ID change without our knowledge, causing the NX license to stop working.

We previously merged the two servers, and their status still indicates that they are linked by the merge. Can we reactivate the NX license using the new hardware ID while the servers remain linked by the merge?

The active and working Nx License is: XKAE-OKHF-4F1Q-4H91 

The other Nx license is: WBNK-HTI8-YRO1-MW6X with new Hardware ID 053aaf5533ebbfec920caf08f9344f239e

Please advise accordingly.

We have tried to deactivate via Nx Licensing Portal, but the server seems error.

 

 

The Nx License WBNK-HTI8-YRO1-MW6X still unable to activate, please advise accordingly.

  The license portal is available for your authorized Nx Resellers. 
  In case you receive a Server Error (500), it typically means you're not authorized. 

  Please contact you local authorized Nx Reseller to assist, or in case you are or were an Nx Reseller, contact your local Nx Sales contact person.
