LDAP -> change of AD OU
AnsweredWe are on the latest NX Witness version.
We use LDAP authentication.
After moving AD users from OU, the users could no longer login to the NX Witness server, even after a day.
Deleting the user in NX Witness and readding did not work either.
Deleting the AD user and adding the new user in the new OU + reimporting in NX Witness did not do the trick neither.
The only solution I found was rebooting the server or restarting the NX Witness Media Server service.
How can you monitor or force the sync process ?

Sorry for the late reply, it seems the topic was not yet answered.
This issue seems found in v4.2, but we have fixed them in Nx Witness V5.0.
Is there any chance you can try Nx Witness v5.0?You can find the Nx Witness from MyNx and download the latest installer package or inClient upgrade information.
