Unable to initialize a stream from an Axis Q6315-LE
Full Diagnostic:
Confirming server availability.
OK
Confirming camera is accessible.
OK
Confirming target camera provides media stream.
FAILED: Camera request "AddPTZConfiguration" failed with error "Fault info. Reason: Configuration token does not exist. Additional: SOAP-ENV:Sender. Sub info: "http://www.onvif.org/ver10/error":InvalidArgVal. Additional details: The requested configuration indicated by the ConfigurationToken does not exist. ". Please try to reboot the camera, then restore factory defaults on the web-page. Finally, try to update firmware. If the problem persists, please contact support.
Have tried firmware updates, rollback, reboot, and re-adding ONVIF user profiles, all without success.

- Stream can be accessed by enabling 'Keep Camera stream and Profile settings'
- PTZ control is missing click-to-center and 'box zoom' functionality

Typically, AXIS devices are integrated with our software by proprietary API. In another word, you don't need to enable ONVIF on any AXIS cameras. And it should work perfectly with all the functionality.
Could you help to follow the procedure and check the result again?
1. Update the Nx Witness software to the latest patch,
In-Client Upgrade info:
Build Number: 34125
Password: pjb33u
2. Remove the AXIS camera from your Nx system
3. Disable the ONVIF function on your AXIS camera
4. Add the camera back to the system and check the PTZ function againThank you.
