DAHUA HDBW2320R-ZS with red cross

Hi!

I have several cameras on my Nx Witness server that work great. Now I have migrated from dahua NVR's some cameras dahua hdbw2320r-zs, and they stay with red cross.

I cannot neither open its URL in VLC player on a Windows Computer: rtsp://10.66.78.189:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0&unicast=true&proto=Onvif

I have several cameras, same models that work perfectly. these cameas worked too with Dahua nvr and they work on Dahua smartpss.

However when I click on the new camera in NxWitness Client no video is shown! And also I can not start recordings. The camera icon flickers between normal and a camera with a red cross over it.

I don't know how to debug this.

Hi christophe cavalier,

It sounds there's some problem with the Dahua device since you are unable to get the stream on the 3rd player as well. Have you tried to reset the device or update the firmware?
Additionally, may I know the Nx Witness server version that you are running now?

I have finally found a firmware that works. and the problem seems to be resolved on Nx.
