How do we get the IP cameras listed as a compatible device ?

  Hi tobey,

  I supposed that you are asking for the listed device on our IPVD page.
  The capabilities of the camera model are collected through Nx Witness systems that have allowed anonymous auto-reporting to the program. These capabilities are determined through several API calls that Nx Server makes to the device.

  If you'd like to add a new device there, please notice that - 
  1.  At least 3 different cameras of the same model have to be connected to 3 independent Nx systems.  
  2. The Send anonymous usage and crash statistics to software developers option of those Nx systems should be enabled(It could be found under the System Administration > General page).
  3. There's no firewall rule blocking the traffic to our server(refer to the article here).
