Frequent Camera disconnect - coax converter

we receive frequent camera disconnect events for a camera which is connected via a set of coax converters (veracity). the interruptions are always short. looking at the recorded images you only have an interruption of a few seconds.

is there a way to change the camera disconnect timeout value so nx is less aggressive declaring a camera as disconnected ?

  Hi stefan dewald,

  You cannot adjust this value. It is currently set to 10 seconds.
  After these 10 seconds, the systems tries to reconnect, until the device responds again, this time is depending on the moment the device responses, and seems to be in your case a few seconds.

  Parameters that might reduce this are the resolution, the framerate, and/or quality. If you reduce one or more of these values the performance might increase.
