camera rule : Pre record disabled

Hello

on camera rule (one or many), i would like launch a record, but inside rule :

• I cannot change pre-recording and post recording
• I cannot uncheck 'fixed duration'

 

I would like do that to improve recording because motion recording isn't effective (always record because rain etc). With AI, recording space could be much longer.

  Hi Julien ROMANO,

  This is dependent on the Event. You have direct event and prolonged events. Often analytics event are prolonged and in such case you cannot set pre- and post-recording time.

  For direct events, like motion detection for example, you can change the pre- and post-recording time.

  I see our interface isn't very clear about it, so I'll provide feedback to our team to discuss how they can improve this interface.

  I'll move this topic to our Feature Feedback section as well.
