Cloud not working after restore
AnsweredStill unable to access servers via Cloud.
When attempting to access via nxvms.com, an internal server error is received.
When accessing via Mobile app, an unreachable error is received.

Currently, there are no known issues for the Nx Cloud.
Please check THIS topic and provide more information, so we can investigate the issue.
Also, please provide VERBOSE logs for the Nx Mobile client and the applicable cloud IDs.0
