I have 2 server,and they back up each other with a hub

but the hub break,so we replace a new hub

Then there was an error.How can we solve this problem

  A hub, or any network component, does not influence the HWID.

  The only two items that are required for the HWID are the NIC and the motherboard of the server that holds the licenses. If either one of them is exchanged or receives a new UUID (after some rare driver updates for example), the HWID will change and licenses become unavailable. In the first case, you can ask your reseller to help you to deactivate the license, so you can activate it again, so it will be attached to the new HWID. In the second case you can try to restore a backup of the OS.

  Another option is that in a multiserver hive, the server that holds the license became unavailable. Restore the connection and the license should become available again.
