    Hello chan,

Unfortunately, at the moment there is no such feature, but there are plans to release it. The functionality is currently being worked out and will not be made until 5.1.

    1) You can create an account in our cloud. Then connect each of the ten systems to the cloud using the created account. As a result, you will get not exactly "one big system", but 10 systems that will not affect each other's work. But they will always be available (if there are no faults) through the client and in the web browser, if, for example, it becomes necessary to switch between systems.

    2) It can also be done by creating 10 cloud accounts. Then assign a separate account to each of the 10 systems. And then on each of the systems create 9 Users with the user-type "Cloud" for the rest of the accounts. The essence of this proposal is the ability to customize permissions for others. As a result, there will be 10 systems, each of which will have its own SuperUser and 9 cloud Users with access rights configured by you. The rest is the same as in the first option.

I have attached screenshots showing how it looks like for me.

    Hi chan,

    Regarding:

One of the reason is in case of one of the server failure, we would like only the server located within the area/group can take over the works.

You can  manipulate this by using different subnets, since by default the cameras will only fail over within the same subnet.

Thank you @... for the suggestion and the screenshots. appreciate it. However, the client doesn't have the intention to use the cloud features.

Hi Norman, thank you for the info.  The group of NxServers will be on multiple subnets as below picture. May I know after we merge the system (All Nx Servers) into one, will the failover remain to cover within its' own subnet only?

    Thank you

    Hi chan,

If the subnets cannot communicate together, the cameras will not fail over to another cluster of servers.
