Hello,

im trying to use the VMS instance for my application but in order for my application to work correctly i need to sync the time the video shows and the time of a different data stream.

in the other data stream i know the time of day it indicated but i want to know if i can get the time of day the live video feed is playing.

for example, by getting the live video stream maybe i can pull some metadata that shows the time the video is showing.

  Hi Yovel Becker,

  Could you please provide more details example of what you need? For live video stream, you can use server's current time as a reference, which is accessible via /api/getTime API. If you need to be more precise, you can use PTS values from video frames, but you'll need more complex integration with video player for that.
