I have my system connected to my cloud account and have many cloud users that have been created for access to the system. 

I wish to change the main cloud account that the system is connected to so that it associates to the clients email rather than the system referring to myself (the Installer) as the system owner.

It refers to a message that says it will loose all cloud connected accounts.

There is no option to export user data or import rather than LADP.

Is there a way around this.

If i disconnect and create a new cloud account for the customer and then reconnect to the nx cloud, will the existing cloud users that are associated to the system return.

  Hi Selwyn Cook,

  At this moment, you cannot change the owner account without losing all users.

  To change the owner account, you disconnect the system from the owner account and lose all cloud users.
  You connect the system to a new owner, and invite all users again.

  I understand this is cumbersome, so I reported this as feedback to our developers, but to be honest, I don't expect any changes in the process soon if any.
