HI We have the new DS-2CD7A26G0-IZSY/P  Running NZ Firmware V5.6.10 build 200918 (confirmed latest by hikvision) and 4.3 of NX, and we find that NX has a very high fail rate.

 

The camera its self is nailing the plates almost every time, but passing that data back to NX isn't working.

 

I see in the help forums it was tested with firmware version 5.4... so i wonder if you need to update your interface ?

  Hi Yanni Migias,

  Regarding version 4.3, this is probably Nx Meta, which isn't intended for the use in a production environment, but for developers who create integrations for Nx Witness. For production environments, please use Nx Witness releases and patches if applicable to your situation. 

  There was an issue in Hikvision firmware, which we circumvented in the latest patch of Nx.

  Please install version 4.2.0.32840 of Nx Witness, and update your system to version 4.2.0. 33591 with the following in-client update credentials:

  Build Number: 33591
  Password: 1m990n
