RANDOM CAMERAS IN LAYOUT WILL ONLY SHOW 3 DOTS MOVING LEFT TO RIGHT
AnsweredWe are experiencing an intermittent live video rendering issue in Nx Witness v6.0.0.39503. When switching between layouts, certain camera tiles randomly fail to display the live video stream and instead show three animated dots moving from left to right, indicating that the video stream is not being rendered or loaded successfully.
This issue is not isolated to a specific camera or workstation. It has also been observed across multiple client workstations, including the server client. The affected camera tiles may vary between occurrences.
As a temporary workaround, opening a different layout and then returning to the original layout restores the live video display for the affected cameras.
We have already attempted several troubleshooting solutions found through online resources; however, the issue persists.
Could you please advise on the possible root cause and recommend further diagnostic steps or corrective actions to resolve this issue? We would also appreciate confirmation of whether this behavior is a known issue in Nx Witness v6.0.0.39503 and whether any software updates, configuration adjustments, or client rendering settings are recommended.

Is there a possible solution for this?

Hi gerard oandasan,
I'd recommend updating to the latest version first, version 6.1.2.42921, and verify the issue.
