Hello,

 

For the camera AXIS P3245-LV, ptz (optical zoom) is not working/active?

  Hi @...,

  The AXIS P3245-LV isn't a PTZ camera and does not announce itself as a PTZ to Nx Witness and therefore doesn't have the option to zoom in or out. 
  
  Most likely you can use the Axis VAPIX API to zoom in and out.
  You can use a Soft Trigger as the event and Do HTTP request to call the appropriate VAPIX API URL to the camera.

  Hi @...,

  As said, most likely you can use the Axis VAPIX API documentation to do this, but I don't have the Axis API available, but I'm sure Axis support team can provide you with the relevant information.
