Upgrade Ubuntu with NX Witness Server

Hi,

I have my NX Witness Server in a VM with Ubuntu with version 18.04 and I want to upgrade to 20.04. If I made the update I will lose the configs of NX Witness Server? Or I will need to reinstall or reconfigure the NX Witness Server or something like that?

  Hi @...,

  Generally, the update will not affect the Nx Witness Server configuration.

  However, we strongly recommend backup your server before upgrading the OS.
  Please refer to this support ARTICLE to back up the database and configuration of your Nx Witness Server.
