I attempted to do a training session with a bunch of people today with there NX Witness System, a good amount of the users had Android based Mobile Phones.

Only 5 of 20 people could see the NX witness APP on teh Play Store.

I cannot find any details about the  minimum Android OS and or the reason behind the issue.

Can I get some info related to this and is there a workaround.

I was under the impression that the App was available on most devices.
