    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please give us exact build version of VMS you are using?

You can find it here: main menu-->system administration-->updates.

Is Build Date: 2019-12-18 firmware version the latest update?

Did you try to add camera via autodiscovery?

    Thank you,

Please, delete this camera and upgrade your VMS to the latest patch:

After that add camera again via autodiscovery.

    Hi

I have upgraded to build number 33579, deleted the camera and re-added.

Unfortunately the primary and secondary streams are still the same, and 2 way audio still does not work

    Hi

Using ODM, there do appear to be separate high res and low res streams.

Which profile etc in ODM should I look at re the two way audio issue ?

    Hi,

It seems like the issue will require further investigation, as a result, we would like to connect remotely to your camera with the reported issue in order to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Would you please port forward the camera and share its details with us? If you need some help port forwarding, please see this port forwarding guide.

We would need the following information:

    1) The public IP address of the camera.

    2) The camera username and password (admin level).

    3) The external port (forward the HTTP and RTSP port).

    Best Regards,
