Tp-Link Tapo CP200 ONVIF
CompletedI've got a TP-Link CP200
I can view RTSP streams without any issues, however when I add the device using ONVIF (so I can get 2 way audio and PTZ), the stream drops out repeatedly and the diagnostics shows:
"FAILED: Failed to configure parameter 'stream profile parameters'. First, try to turn on recording (if it is off) and decrease fps in camera settings (error "'stream profile parameters'"). If it does not help, restore factory defaults on the camera web-page. Finally, try to update firmware. If the problem persists, please contact support."
I've factory reset and it's made no difference
I did make the mistake of updating the firmware after being prompted when first opening the box - it's now on 1.1.9 Build 210518 Rel.44254n(4555)
There doesn't appear to be any way of downgrading the firmware
If I 'Keep camera stream and profile settings' in the 'Expert' tab, the stream and PTZ work, but I can't enable audio at all...
Is there any other info I can send to help troubleshoot ?

Hi @...,
According to your description, it seems the camera does not recognize the optimization parameters sent from the Nx Server.
May I know which version of the Nx Server you currently run with?
The latest Nx Witness version is 4.2.0, if your Nx Witness is not running the latest version, you could first try to update the Nx Witness to the latest release.
Check: https://my.networkoptix.com/#/download
Please also make sure your camera is running on the latest firmware as well.If you find the issue persists, it is likely we will need to capture the packets between the server and the camera for analysis.
Please follow this support ARTICLE to set up the Wireshark, a free and open-source packet analyzer application.
Then follow the below steps to capture the needed packets:
1. Delete the TP-Link CP200 camera from the Nx Server.
2. Run the Wireshark and start to capture the packets with the capture filter "host <camera-IP-address>".
3. Add the camera back to the Nx Server.
4. Play the live stream from the camera.
5. Stop playing the live stream once the issue occurs.
6. Stop the packets capturing, save and share the packets with us.If you are not sure how to perform the packet capturing, we can help to capture packets from our site, which will require the forwarding camera to us.
Please let us know if you agree to forward the camera to us, I will help to convert this post into our ticket system for you to provide the sensitive information.Thank you.
