Please help make Witness Windows Client be able to be installed on a non-C drive
Not plannedHi,
Being a support agent, we have to install a lot of version on Windows. As Windows getting large over time on C drive, a 200GB C drive is not enough anymore for all installed software applications. And we have to frequently clean up C drive.
Nx Witness Client is a top 5 big size software application in Windows (see attached), and it cannot be installed on D/E/F/G/.. drive. That's really annoying.
Actually, some application can be moved to another drive in Windows "App & features" function as below screenshot.

Hi Jim Chang,
I doubt it will be available soon, if ever.
Windows 10 requires minimal 20 GB for a 64-bit system, let's say 10% is reserved disk space, leaving you with 160 GB left for the Nx Witness Desktop client, which occupies less than 500 MB. So I would investigate what application is occupying the remaining 159.5 GB, and if that is actually required, I would consider upgrading my OS SSD to a bigger size.
