Nx plugin event is not displayed in nx client

I am able to raise prolonged event for object tracking. In Media server console, i am able to see events are being raised. But, i am not getting any notification in NX client. But, diagnostic events i am able to view it on client. Please let me know that the issue is. If you need any further information, please let me know.

  Hi NX Team,

  Could you reply for this thread. I have struggling since last week to generate the event.

  Have you configured an event rule to displayed notification for this event? NX Client will display event notification only when show notification action was created for your analytics event. Default pre-set notification actions don't cover analytic events.

  But, diagnostic events i am able to view it on client.

  There is default event rule to display notification upon any diagnostic event.

  Could you please send me screenshot of your analytics event/action from rules engine tab in system administration and tell me which VMS build you are using?
