Unreachable

For all of my customers, NX Witness is saying "unreachable" on all servers, on both desktop and mobile devices, this only recently started happening yesterday. There are no issues on my device or any of my colleagues devices. They are now threatening to remove the entire system due to NX Witness being "Unreachable". I do not know what steps to take next. How can I resolve this?

Currently, no cloud issues are known, you can check the status via status.nxvms.com.
It might be that the connection is blocked by a firewall.
You can check this with the following python script: LINK
If connections appear as CLOSED, you can whitelist them in the Firewall settings.
