Potential issue with 6.1.2.42921 (6.1.2.43047)

Hello, I run a system with about 450 cameras across 13 servers. After updating to the newest version my servers are being pinned at 80 to 100% CPU usage and backups have stopped working. Digging through the logs I think the issue is we backup bookmarks to an SMB share and we use h265+ for our camera streams (which messes with iframe intervals).
I'm not sure how kosher it is to post issues to this forum even though I technically use DW Spectrum which is just Nx Witness repackaged. The reason I'm posting here is Spectrum support is not good at all and they don't have a forum like this. Their support also wont talk with me at all unless I go through my dealer but my dealer cant get them to respond to our issues apparently.
