Adding HikNVR onto NX Witness.

Hello
I have a hiknvr model number DS-7108NI-Q1 / 8P/M but it's failing to add on NX Witness. Error message Device not found

Could you assist on what i am missing?
On intergration protocol i only have ISAPI no ONVIF.

  Hi DN,

  To add a Hikvision NVR to Nx Witness, ensure the NVR is ONVIF-compliant, as Nx Witness relies on the ONVIF protocol to discover and integrate the device.

  Before starting, enable ONVIF in the Hikvision NVR's administrative settings and create a dedicated ONVIF user account. For a seamless integration, use the same username and password for both the ONVIF account and the NVR’s primary system login.
