NX Witness - Changing Time Zone Erroneously

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue using VCA Edge cameras with embedded NX Witness. I have set the time-zone correctly in the camera which is GMT +10 (NSW, Australia Time) - DST is turned off.

NX Witness time sync with internet is turned off

Initially setting the timezone on the VCA camera, NX witness recognises the correct timezone. However, I am experiencing across mutli-pul systems (not inter-connected, or merged)  where the time zone is seem to be GMT +8. NX Witness shows GMT +8, the VCA Camera configuration is showing GMT+10.
I have to shift the timezone away from GMT+10, wait for the server to go offline and come back, then shift it back to GMT+10, the server drops offline and then comes back and the timezone is again set correctly.

I have had this issue re-appear 5 - 6 times on the same system and across other same setups.

NX Version: 6.1.1.42624
Camera with NX Embedded: VCA IPAi375-MCA
VCA Assist 1.0.25

  Hi Mike,

  I recommend reaching out to VCA directly. The time zone value displayed in the VMS is pulled straight from the operating system of the host device, which in this instance, is the VCA Edge camera itself.
