Multiple administrators and enterprise suite

hello.

We have several sites with independent NX Witness servers, however, we have shared users across them. as well, these were implemented by different resellers.

Each user is set up on each NX Witness server as a cloud user

1. what would be the best way to link these? woudl leaving them independent but use LDAP or ther AD integration be best?

2. how can we get more  Administrators than the Owner and one cloud Administrator? this limitation is really frustrating and I know has been mentioned by others. I need a way for my team to be Administrators and for us to be able to remove the owners, which are usially the reseller/installer.

  Hi Adrian Bolzan,

  You can manually add all users to each independent system. However, if manual entry becomes too tedious, you can streamline and automate the process using the REST API (POST /rest/v4/users).

  Regarding the restriction of having only one local admin and one cloud owner: since you mentioned others raised this point, you are likely already familiar with the underlying reasoning behind this architecture.

  If the reseller or installer currently holds primary ownership, you can typically send a simple request asking them to provide the local admin credentials or transfer cloud ownership to one of your accounts. Once you gain access to this primary local admin or cloud owner account, you will be able to create as many additional administrator accounts as your organization needs.
