ISSUES WITH ANALYTICS PLUGIN SETTINGS DETECTED.

I am currently trying to configure and use UNV camera analytics with NX witness and i am getting the “ Issues with analytics plugin settings detected” error. It further states that server cannot load settings model. NX witness is able to load the plugin, however, i cannot enable it. i want use the intruder and enter area fuctionality.

  Hi 

  Is this the built-in plugin or your own one?  

  Where the plugin comes from (or who the creator is)?
  This looks potentially the metadata is malformated or the coordination seems not properly generated by the camera firmware.

  You are suggested to check with the distributor of your UNV camera, and also update the camera firmware to the latest version, as this seems not a plugin side issue.
